hello all--- I am an experienced and lucky Rescue Dobie recipient-- I have had 4 over the last 25 years-- 2 boys and 2 girls-- am now sure that the personality profiles among the sexes are very disctint-- Females are the boss and the owner of the human-- the boys are very sensitive and sweeter and babyish-- love them all-- now looking to bring a new female into my life to live with my 7 year old boy 20 lb. poodle (who was raised by 2 Dobies)and 12 year old boy Dobie "Nick" named for Saint Nick as he was found, in terrible shape, on X-Mas day 10 years ago.

Considering getting a pup this time to train and raise but who knows, these adult rescues have always entered my life at the right time?
But if anyone has a lead on a pup or young adult female please reach out-- have a great house and huge yard in the Roads section of Miami--just a few blocks before the causeway to Key Biscayne and the beaches that my dobies love so much. Happy Thanksgiving
