I am so frustrated! I warned my client that they put a deposit on a puppy from a puppy mill and they continued on with the purchase. Now she has called me bc on their first vet visit the vet guessed the puppy is 6 weeks. It was purchased in Mass. He has only two teeth coming in and was already on solid kibble. It also has giardia. Who can she contact to report this breeder? I believe it is against the law to sell a puppy before 8 weeks in MA. What can be done at this point?
