Doberman Breeders in GTA area

Hey guys, I am from the Toronto area and have been researching breeders pretty thoroughly. I know of some reputable breeders with good reputations in Ontario (Nothin To Hide, Wrath Liberator, Glengate) but those breeders are pretty far from where I am.

I'm looking to get a Doberman this summer (Spring 2017 litter).. I've been researching everything about the breed for a few months. Have always been fascinated with the breed, no experience with them though. I have only owned a Jack Russell before but I know for a fact I'm up for and look forward to the challenge (and reward) of having a Doberman puppy in my family!

Some breeders closer by from the DPCC:
Dobermannís Di Ravallese Dobermann Di Ravallese -- Home Page
Hausenbrook Dobermans Home - Hausenbrook Dobermans
Creswell Dobermans Cresswell Dobermans | Kawartha Lakes, Ontario

Particularly Kin Doberman Kin Doberman , I have seen no reviews or talk of this breeder anywhere. Not sure if that's a red flag? His website looks pretty legit.

Also I have heard good things about ConnQuest Dobermans Doberman Pincher Breeder Ontario Canada , but unfortunately they don't have any open spots on a waiting list until 2018.

If any of you have any experience, good/bad stories or advice when looking at their websites ect.. It would be MUCH appreciated!

Thanks!

contact this Doberman club, Greater Mid-Ontario Doberman Fanciers Club - Home and ask for a breeder referral, the should be able to help you.

Di Ravalesse.
Might be a waiting list but her dogs are worth it.

Hi there,

Thank you for your comment about the website. We worked hard on it, and tried to avoid making it about ribbons and shows, and rather focused on making sure new homes clearly understand what it means to home a Doberman puppy. We are not a volume breeder, and only ever have one female at a time and she lives INSIDE the household, and we only have a litter every 18 months in average.

I am registered and listed with the Doberman Pinscher Club of Canada and I am also a member of the Canadian Kennel Club, and all my Dobes are duly registered. I also happen to be on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Kennel Club Foundation, so while that is not an indication of the quality of my dogs (the pedigrees, titles & health testings would indicate that) I would say it is a fairly good indication I follow CKC policies and procedures as well as bred in an ethical and responsible way.

My current black/tan girl Dragon is a Canadian Champion, and I bred her last month to Cash, a red/tan American Grand Champion and Canadian Champion. All cardio/vwd/hips/shoulders/thyroid health testings have been completed in a timely fashion for both parents.

Feel free to contact me!

Francois
