| | Big Pup | Brown and rust vs Black and rust I have only owned Black and rust.
Is there any disadvantages/advantages you are aware of between the two (genetically/predisposition/health)?
Thank you. |

| | Alpha | Get which ever matches your carpet and furniture and car upholstery so the hair won't show as much
People seem to be more intimidated of blacks and reds are goof balls lol

| | Alpha | Reds look cuter while they're doing the things they do.

| I have owned one red and 3 blacks and although I have loved them all dearly, my red boy was sillier. A real clown he was. |

| | Big Pup | Wow, I wasn’t expecting this - lots of votes for reds I see.
Dobemom2b - I know exactly what you mean with the hair!
Many people have no idea how much these guys actually shed. Nothing like a GSM, but hair still get everywhere, lol! |

| Hmph, have a big ol' hairy Yellow Lab, then we'll talk shedding!
And, if you get a red Dobe, and leave the ears natural, be prepared to hear what a beautiful Chocolate Lab you have.
I vote Red, too, but I love both.
