Has anyone heard of them? I was researching looking for a breeder and came across them. They seem great but I am new to this and could use some feed back if anyone knows anything? Maybe someone has purchased a dobe from them? I appreciate any feedback.

Hello Luvbirds59 I see you put the link up with your post but I’m curious do you not know them? Nobody seems to have heard of them and on the familydobes website there is a direct link to dobermantalk. Am I not supposed to ask about breeders? I thought it was ok? Am I doing something wrong? I just don’t want to step on anyone’s toes, but I do want to find the best dog that fits me and my family.

I don't know the people from Family Dobes personally, but I have seen them discussed on many lists and they are not someone that I would buy a puppy from. I personally like the "look" of some of their dogs, but they pump out way to many puppies from untitled parents.

So........I personally would look elsewhere.

I’m having such a hard time finding a breeder. I never thought it would be this hard. I just want a Pet to get alone with my little pack now and not trample them because well the biggest is 12 pounds and the smallest well he is pushing 5 pounds LOL
I would hate to bring home a dobe and find he doesn’t have the tolerance for them. I think the search would be much easy if I didn’t have any other pets but oh well I do. You guys have been so great with advise and feed back.
