I hear that the doberman has a large fan base in japan, and increasingly in indonesia. any members from asia here?

heh yes I have seen your avatar and noticed you live in japan. are there many japanese who owns dobes too? when I last visited japan I was hoping to see akitas but I did not see one

I have lived on Okinawa for almost 3 years now (this time, was here from 95-99) and have seen only 2 Akita's! Lot's and lot's of Shibas though! I think up on in mainland they are probably more popular and that the heat and humidity of this island is what keeps their numbers low here. There are quite a few Dobes - but the Dobes I see are mostly American owned - from what I've seen, the Okinawans prefer Rotts to Dobes.

check my pics it was when she was 5 months,

yes dobes are there in india, but its considered as a ferrocios breed, people prefer labs and GSDs here in india, but dobes are feared a lot here at the same time loved a lot,

people in india are crazy about their dogs but time has to pass to be on level with type of affection and understanding thats normally seen in europe and US
