| Good question. I guess it depends. We are a big patrons to the one we got ours from, so they just gave them to us. We tried to pay them for it, but they refused. I would think hangers are a common expense for them, like the bags used at grocery stores. Just bring the puppy with you to show them what you are using them for. Once they see the puppy, I'm sure they will give them away.
