| I missed getting the section when John made his posts, but I will try to explain. John uses the cardboard rods from pant hangers. The ones you get back from the dry cleaners. He cuts them to length each time. You can get two post from each rod. They stick a piece of cotton into the bottom of the post and then flower it out. You tape the flowered out portion of the cottom around the base of the rod. He uses 1 inch zonas tape to secure it and then reverse tape(sticky side out) the post also with the zonas tape. He uses a small piece of 1/2 inch of zonas tape to secure the tape to the top of the post. This keeps the tape on the post from sliding down. Curasilk tape is used to wrap the post around the ears. For the brace, he use 1/2 inch tape for that. I have used zonas and J&J water proof tape for that. If needed, I should be able to do a video of how to make the posts.
