100% dragons. I've been told the Pillow dragons are of the more "ruthless" variety. They were lucky to last this long in close proxi with a slayer. I'd also venture to guess that if she did eat some stuffing the worst part would be the actual going down. I can't see stuffing holding up well to stomach acid and other digested food being piled on top. However I'm not a vet, maybe call and ask.
