I think she sounds wonderful and a lot like my Nissa, however, Nissa is a litle more shy & reserved when first approached by strangers. Once she gets to know you and is comfortable with you, she's pretty relaxed and easy to be around. We took her to doggie-day care last weekend for her "entrance exam" (It's called Paws Field) and left her for 4 hours to be evaluated. When we returned, the owners said she was one of the most behaved dogs they have seen BUT very shy & reserved when you first approach her. She's been like that since the day we met her at 7 weeks, and then it became more evidant when we picked her up at 12 weeks. If she doesn't know a situation, she's very hesitant to explore. This is part of her personality and I would take this over agression any day.
Now, on the other hand, our Min Pin does NOT know a stranger nor is she scared of any situation. It's pretty amusing to see the contrast between the two girls.
I think Nyx is a great example of how a Doberman should be - calm, cool & collected.
