The first time I boarded my last dobe, Tessa, she was the same way when I picked her up. Tessa was a barker anyway so I know she spent the whole week making herself heard!
And she just healed on her own. It didn't take her very long to get back to normal either. That's not to say that maybe someone on DT won't know of something to help, but I'm sure it will take care of itself too.
