There is no "best one" that's the same for every dog. This is something that's highly individual for each dog-a food one dog might thrive on will cause ongoing problems for another dog. You pick one, you give it a reasonable try and see what happens. If the dog has problems with it, you transition over to another food and try that.
The last puppy I raised did well on Canidae All Life Stages from 14 weeks on.
