A Special Moment - Dixie's First Smile
I went to see Dix last night after being away on holidays and after giving her a big fat kiss (which I couldn't do when I first got her) she gave me a her very first smile and many thereafter!!! This is huge for miss bone-rack cranky pants that she used to be!! I think it's safe to to say she is finally truly comfortable and happy. This is really amazing as it's almost been a year since I rescued her, she was a very broken horse when I got her! I am so pleased for her.
