I can't tell whether these people want a good home for their dog or really need the money. I have offered them money and even said that I have never adopted a dog like that before and to name their price because I do not know what to offer them. I have told them over and over again that all I will work with them on a price and all that and told them I would even take a vacation day off work to go pick her up if I needed to. I just am frustrated because I'm excited that I found her, but I'm not sure what the owners are thinking because they won't tell me a price or anything like that. The price has been the biggest reason why I don't know a solid yes or no on the dog.
