Its there problem that they got her and don't have the time for her... in my opinion its a bit money grubbing... why not just find her a forever home that will love her forever? I'd put the care of the dog first and wouldn't even think about money if i made that mistake. Poor girl.
I have no idea how much you should offer, 500$ is not a lot for a doberman pup from a breeder. Does she have papers? do you know which breeder?
