| Big congratulations Burns and Red....you definitely need to keep dong stuff with this guy. Try Rally--it's not a formal as regular Obedience--not quite as demanding--you can talk to the dog continuously if you want to and it makes a really nice transition between the CGC and the much more formal Obedience.
Heck you know if the blonde Toad can do Rally that Red surely can. Novice is pretty straightforward and you can print out the ring signs from the AKC Rally site and do makeshift markers (we use quart yogurt containers for for the cones that real Rally rings use. Right now we are working Toad through Advanced stuff--some days he's brilliant and some days he's very blonde--but it is always entertaining. |
