Ringworm is not truly a "worm", but rather a fungal infection of the skin, so the deworming will do nothing for it.
I suspect it may be from lying on wire grate surfaces, but the other common cause of small skin lesions in young dogs is a parasite (mange mite) called demodex.
I would recommend having your vet check her out.
