With all the talk lately of kimbertal and proper care and conditioning of dogs etc., it got me wondering.
What is everyones definition of a "good breeder"?

Is a good breeder someone who puts titles on their dogs and has puppies all the time?
Is a good breeder someone who health tests,puts no titles on their dogs and has a litter once a year?
Is a good breeder someone who has puppies only every once in a while?
Is a good breeder someone who only does limited health testing limited showing and produces litter after litter?
Is a good breeder the one who only has a litter every couple of years and health tests and puts titles on their dogs, but does not keep in contct with puppy buyer?
What is everyone's definition of a "good breeder" ? and why do those things make them a good breeder?
