| I think if she is tired then you can see her to sleep in her crate while staying with her. When asleep, creep off and go to bed... When it's morning and she/you are awake and let her out then don't make a fuss. Just act like you hardly notice her for a minute. Let her go toilet first then give her a treat. No big fussing or it will nurture this anxiety.
