I've run across these types on a few occasions. I always feel sorry for the dogs and have a smug satisfaction towards the owners who allowed their dogs to run up and start a fight with what they previously didn't recognize as APBT. Mine are generally not fight starters, but truly love a good tussle if it's brought to them. I like to believe that more than a few like this guy have changed their act after such an encounter...
