I might add that my boy is sensitive to chicken plus enviormental allergies but these will usually present with persistent staph infections and a lot of itching also, chewing of the feet.

No chewing or scratching (other than normal puppy stuff) he does bite his feet but it is more in play than anything...a who keeps biting my feet thing, and he only does it when we play. It is silly actually. The vet did not feel he had any allergies and that I was basically overreacting was the feeling I was getting but to keep my eye on it.
He has been his silly self the last couple of days so we will see...not jinxing myself this time!!
