| The antibiotics you said you had him on, could explain some of the flaking... but it sounds like it might be worse than that. If you don't want to go raw right now, you could try Canidae. My mom has her Sheltie on it and her coat (which was never the best) really shined up on it. May not solve the problem, but perhaps might help?
