My dobe did not have any head tilt until condition started to resolve and this eventually went away. Dancing eyes is easiest way to tell vestibular. My vet at first was worried that my dog had ingested something. Apparently food poisoning/baccalism, etc can have similar symptoms in dogs. My dobe had 2 or 3 instances of dizziness/floundering over several days and it has never reared its head again
