| Dobes are people dogs. I go outside with my Dobe for a walk and at his pee and poop times. Dobes don't like being out alone. They are a member of your family, part of your pack. They must be included in your family activity. When you need to go to town or shower,etc., the dog can be crated for short periods of time.
Training helps too. If he bites you in heavey playing outside offleash, use a shock collar.
