That's what I was going to say. Google idiopathic vestibular syndrome - it sounds like what happened to her, and fortunately, it generally resolves itself with supportive care over a few days although there may be a couple of lingering side effects like a head tilt.

It happened quite suddenly to one of my past dogs.
