Well brown doberman makes much more sense! Even the eyes look like the eyes of chocolate labs -- a touch of yellow.
My first dobe was black and tan, with natural ears. She's in my avatar. My puppy's ears were already cropped, so I didn't get the chance to keep them natural.
Taping them has been an experience that I (and she) could do without.
