| What a major crock of pure and utter crap! How many of us have seen little terrors or various breeds ripping around barking up a storm and being the most disruptive anoying creatures because their owners don't think a little dog needs to be trained and disciplined? At least we know to train and manage our dogs. Just because dogs fall under a certain hight doesn't make them "good" and family oriented. Poop on KOA, baggies and baggies of poop!
PS. Owners of little dogs who do maintain control are exempt from my rant. I only mean the ones who allow them to run rampant.
