I just got off the phone with Rogan's owner - she was on her way home from Bainbridge NY where her Rogan : CH. Cambria's Commander In Chief just went Best In Show today - she was so excited and so am I!! He has had so many Group 1 wins and I knew that BIS at an all breed show was in the wings - he has already gone Best In Specialty Show multiple times.
