Since it is a buisness open to the public they can not disallow any service dog because of it breed. To do so would invite both state and federal law violations.

If I were planning to challange them at this I would go prepared with a helper video taping the entire encounter. It avoids a lot of he said she said quotes as well as mis-quotes. Many digital cameras now do video with sound, a palm video recorder would be ideal. I have never had them challange my service dog and I've always worked GSDs and dobes.
