| if she has to be on a leash then i guess its the rules.. i would prefer mine on a leash no matter what , you never know whats gonna happen, especially if you havent owned her for very long, yo dont know how she might react in some areas etc.
keep her on a long loose leash and give her lots of treats !! she will get used to it soon !!
