| Ok I just had two long conversations with John Ryan, we discussed a lot of things such as the deposit. He explained like most practices with breeders or businesses deposits are meant to hold or secure your choice of item or pet that when you leave a deposit your making a final choice and therefor it is not refundable. So yes the deposit is non refundable which is our mistake. I explained that we were concerned how there was a communication gap and we had questions, he explained that he was out of the country on business and that he sometimes will make travel arrangements to deliver a pup personally. As for the not taking pics of the pup he said he does not do pics till 5 weeks because any younger "they look like a squirrel" well anyways both calls he was very upset along with his wife because of some of things people were saying on this forum ex puppy mill. John went through most of the posts and he said only one person on this thread dealt with him directly and the rest of the posts are not creditable and rumors. So I thought it only fair to post what was said in our convo and of course everyone has their opinions which I am not trying to change but since I posted the first thread about my concerns I felt the need to report what was said. Well thats my story and sorry its so long. |
