I totally am getting the bug!! It's addicting, that's for sure! I just see so much potential in Red and it seems unfair not to utilize his drive and intelligence. Plus, I am learning as I go - I know I'm the one holding us back. When I saw the obedience instructor working with Red during our consultation, I realized we could be so much farther along than we are, but it's my lack of experience/knowledge holding us back. Thank you so much, Doberdog!! You are making me tear up reading your reply! It means a lot to me. Yeah I've put in a lot of time and effort into training, but I've gotten sooo much more back from Red in return. Being able to be out in public with him and doing a service to the breed really fulfills me.
