The parks here in TX I think let dogs in as long as they are on leashes. The park with the lake I took karma too wants them on leashes too.... and yes, I do consider that whistle lanyard a leash..darnit
it has a clippy on the end! I think the big deal here is dog "running at large" I was mad that they charge to go on state parks!!
