| When our Teddy was about 14 weeks, We used to bring him over my fathers house when we went to work. Well, one night we brought him home and he had bumps all over him. He's been in my fathers backyard before with no problem but I could see he must have gotten into something. Well, Teddy was restless all night, crying, wouldn't lay down. Called our old vet who said to give him benadryl ( which really isn't the best choice-another reason why I left that vet). Nothing helped and my poor wife stayed up with him all night and took the day off from work. It took about two days to clear up and the advice I can give to you is "hang in there" and always consult a vet or a specialist. It's hard because our "friends" can't talk and let us know whats going on with them. When this passes you'll have lots of time to do the fun things with your pup and they will surely outweigh the tough times. |
