| My IG had those a couple months ago and the vet said it's most likely a staph infection (not a big deal). Sometimes they go away on their own, sometimes they don't so they need to be put on some kind of anitbotics and it usually then clears up right away. My IG's ended up clearing up after a few weeks of those pus-like pimples so I didn't have to take him in or put him on meds. But if it doesn't clear up, it'll easily be cured. Don't worry too much about, if it keeps up after a couple weeks or gets worse I would take him in just to get it taken care of. :-) It's more common in puppies...but adult dogs can get them too.
