If she's under BLD the rescue should be able or willing to fundraise for her bills, I know we have all had expensive dogs in the past but that's life doing rescue... I can't tell you how many bottle drives, garage sales etc I have had to pay bills. The joy of fostering too is they don't always leave! I had a foster once for a year. It's part of the risk you take when you promise to help a dog.
I don't know anyone at the moment that can foster everyone is full up and the phones are ringing off the hook.
