one of my guys has a 'lazy' ear too. I finally told his owner to just leave it alone. He is two years old now and the ear is a bit stronger but it does flop a little when he runs. and at rest it does tip out more than the other. But when alert you cannot see a difference betwen them. Not much help hey. lol.
One bitch I owned had very heavy ears, I taped her for over a year, then gave up. It always flopped around and sometimes it fell half way. When she turned 4 years of age, that damn ear stood up and never went down again. GO FIGURE!
