I really can't think of any reputable breeders in the US that routinely have adult dogs for sale on an ongoing basis. They come along occasionally-a dog might wash out of the show ring, one might be returned by a puppy buyer, etc. But you never know when or where dogs like this will pop up. It's frequently a case of being in the right place at the right time.
Probably the best thing to do would be to use the DPCA breeder referral list and start getting the word out to breeders about what you're looking for. Then it would become a process of waiting.
