((HUGS)) I can't even begin to imagine what you're feeling and I'm so sorry that you have to go through this. Cirrus is very lucky to have had the time wtih you and you did the very best you could. You were SMART enough to realize that you couldn't care for a special needs dober-dude, and in the most un-selfish act you could've possibly done, you did the right thing. It doesn't lessen the pain any, but I hope you can find strength in the support here on the DT and with your loved ones.
I believe that everything happens for it's own reason - no coincidence's, and you & Cirrus came together for a reason that may be yet realized.
