I do not personally know BelMar Dobes, but, I recognize the kennel name so she must have been involved with the breed for some time. Just don't limit yourself to coosing the first breeder you talk to. Check out as many of them as you can. As RedFawnRising asks. 'what type of Dobie are you wanting?' You need to know exactly what you want in a Dobie before you will have any chance of finding the right breeder and the right Dobe for you.
