You can do one of a few things depending upon the situation.When he jumps on you the command off should be given and then turn your back and ignore him until all 4 paws are on the floor. Then praise Good "off" iIwould then offer tasty food tidbits whenever he stays off or puts his 4 paws on th floor. The food has got to be his absolute favorite. If he is jumping when you've got his food or water bowl put him in a sit or down. No sit no food. No down no food. Make sure he's getting enough exercise during the day. Keep to idea that nothing in life is free and reward for the behavior you do want. Hope this helps. As the behavior decreases you can phase the food out later. Also the word "No" is totally overused with dogs try Uht-uhn, or WRRRong
