Are you sure he is not having idopathic head tremors? Maybe he just happened to have one the same time as the steroids. Someone posted a video somewhere on here about (I meant to and never did. but I have one if you need to see it).
Is the rash bad enough to keep him on steriods. I would see if the good out weighs the bad or visa-versa. Good luck and keep us posted.
