I had never heard of it until I got my first American bred dog of working lines. Since then, I have found that all my friends with Border Collie pups they are training to run in agility use it religiously too. And, I agree some things on the list are a little far out. For instance, I only fed in glass, metal, plastic and styrofoam, no frying pans, etc., and I fed my dogs inside, outside and various places in the house. In my opinion, this helps them to be relaxed and not concerned about eating when you travel. Please don't make an argument where there is none. I wrote my opinion and did not post it to argue!
