I PROMISE to give you all an update as to how my dogs do on the food. I have always been very skeptical about Pro Plan. I know ALOT of people who feed it (especially Schutzhund people and Rottie people) I have never seen a dobe in person who ate Pro Plan though so I don't know how their coats look, smell, etc.

I know dobebug feeds it, and her fawn boy is gorgeous in photo's, so........that gives me hope

I think my biggest concerns are coat condition and muscle tone. Just an overall look of well being.

The Pro Plan Selects line of food looks to be decent, and I have heard good things about the performance also. So...I am willing to give it a go and see how they do.

Hmmmm............so you guys have fed the Turkey and Barley and had good results? The Purina rep recommended the Salmon one. I get to pick what I get, so maybe I will split it between the Turkey and Barley and Salmon. She said the Salmon is excellent for skin and coat.

I know someone on here said their Red dogs did better on one of them...but I cant remember which one. (I am thinking of Brownie) His coat is beautiful right now, but I would like to keep it that way

Has anyone ever fed the Salmon?

I am going to have at least a year's supply of dog food....so I want to make the right decision
