There is a lot more than the heart study to consider when you look at breeding. Sadly, a "clear" result from Dr. O'Grady really is just that on the day of the testing.

Other tests that should be done are hips, and elbows for dysplasia, eyes and thyroid and of course vwd.

Then there's temperment. I like my dogs to have passed their TT and have a Championship too.

As for euro/north american, that's personal preference. I like the mix between the two, but that's me.

Go visit different breeders, but don't be fooled....lots of dogs that "live in our home and not a kennel" are sadly crated or locked in different rooms and never get the chance to run and play.
