| the gas price in Canada at the moment is not tax related, it has gone up over 35 cents a liter this year, which works out to an extra $1.40/gallon- it can jump 5cents a day, and then drop 2, there is no rhyme or reason, other than the excuse that the barrel went up, but really that takes a while to get to the pumps.
