I have been posting questions about the raw feeding diet the last couple of days because I just wanted to make sure that I was getting as much info as I possibly could. Wanted to make sure I was feeding correctly and the right amounts etc cause I get paranoid. Well I was talking to my friend about it last night and she was amazed that we were feeding our dogs raw now...
She made the comment "Well be careful because feeding them raw can cause tape worms!!!?? Didn't you know that?"
Well, I had not really heard anything about that before... My girl has had all of her shots so shouldn't worming meds take care of that anyways? And is this even a issue that I should be worried about? I know that Doberkim and Luvbirds59 have been feeding raw for a long time. I am sure that it was just hearsay on her part but I just want to make sure. If anyone has any info on this please let me know... Thanks!!
