I assume you mean
histiocytoma. A histiocytoma should be easy to diagnose via fine needle aspirate. Without any diagnostics, there are any number of things a lump can be benign or malignant (lipoma- fatty tumor, Mast cell tumor, sarcoma, hemangiopericytoma, abscess, etc).
