Meat/bone/organ Chicken, Beef, Pork, Turkey, add some fish and a bit of tripe occasionally and that's it. If you can get other meats like lamb, duck, rabbit, venison...great....if not....that is fine too.
Example....today Petey had 1/2 a beef kidney 1 pound of tripe and 1 pound of chicken leg with the bone.
