| If she's still not reliably house trained, maybe she should be put in a crate when you can't watch her ( yes... every second... even when YOU go to the bathroom) otherwise the behaviour might be very hard to correct. You can't reprimand her for her accidents if you don't see them after all!
As for the annoying level, I think what everyone said about increasing the exercise level, is probably the best suggestion! Also, make sure that you are not only working her physically but mentally as well. Maybe atleast 20-30 mins of training a day? Even simple stuff or fun tricks, something to get her thinking!
